WaterAccounting.com is a WaterWatch website dedicated to the analytical water accounting framework. The analytical water accounting framework aims at the application of a consistent and structured approach to identify, measure, record and report information about water in order to facilitate water-related decision making. On February 13, 2009, the framework was launched during a symposium in Delft, the Netherlands.

Water acounting was also the central theme in the inaugural address of Prof. Bastiaanssen at the Department of Water Management of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geosciences, Delft University of Technology .
